    excellent amenities

    Excellent hotel with its excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a relaxing pool, and a wonderful spa. The staff even helped me recover some forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommend visiting!

    Check in was early, hotel was luxury, locations was easy near shopping malls. Liked the French-style building and our well-equipped room with breakfast. Plus we had a safe, television and a mini fridge bar. Location: the property was near shopping centers in Bangkok, Siam Paragon, Central World and MBK and skytrain.

    I liked the hotel's design, which conveys elegance and serenity everywhere. The location, short walking distance from the shopping malls, adds to the comfort of anyone that desires to hop for shopping and retreat to the hotel for relaxing atmoshphere. Above all, the staff friendliness and hospitable attitude that turn the stay into a home away from home.

    The location of the hotel was fantastic and easy - a 10-15 minute walk from a spacious aquarium. The staff was amicable throughout the day. The unit we got was beautifully maintained with coffee machine, a nice view, as for instance.

    Rooms are well equiped and spacious

    We booked a room with single beds, but did not get it. Despite my request to change the room, they told me this was not possible as they had no single beds. Well I would say if you do not have do not sell it. We certainly would not have booked, should we have known this.

    Good location, good shopping within walking distance, staff friendly and attentive, got upgraded to suite, room was clean and comfortable, good choice buffet breakfast and free wifi access in lobby.

    Decor is a bit dark but definitely not an issue.

    An unexpected breakfast dilemma

    The location was fantastic, just steps from the BTS. The hotel staff were attentive, our needs were met.

    The room service was severely lacking. After multiple attempts to order breakfast, we received incorrect orders that didn't meet our expectations, frustrating.

    We had a suite and it was very nice and spacious

    The staff at the reception was very unfriendly (not all of them, but most of them were) We are not picky, but they were really unfriendly, we felt if we were not welcome. The day before we were supposed to fly back home we made reservations for the hotel taxi at 15:00. We had to wait untill 15:30 untill the taxi came and so we had to hurry to catch our flight...It was irritating

    The room was very comfy and tidy. I also appreciated the attentive service from the staff.

    The hotel lacks a convenience store on-site, slightly difficult to grab small essentials.

    Hotel is well located beside bts station. Next station you can jump on airport train. Nice designer hotel in the center close to all important points in the center. Swimming pool area little smal. Nice bar with live music. Free wifi in whole hotel area. Very nice fintness club. All over a nice hotel.

    The quality of the bed - it was like climbing into a cloud. We had the international buffet which was absolutely delicious and fantastic value for money. The pool was a wonderful relaxing getaway from chaotic Bankok in the afternoon.
